Construction of a 140-Unit Housing Project for Afghan Nationals in the Torbat-e Jam

With funding and financial resources allocated by the United Nations and under the contracting of Iran, we have constructed a 140-unit housing project for Afghan nationals in this country. Each unit is a 45-square-meter, single-story dwelling that includes a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen.
Each unit has a separate private entrance and features its own balcony or terrace at the entrance. The site also includes a playground for children and a school for their education. The security of these residential units is ensured with 24-hour guards and surveillance cameras.
