Construction of Dormitory for Married Students

In an unprecedented and entirely charitable effort, we had the privilege of carrying out the initial studies, designing the project, and supervising its construction.

This project includes a central boiler room, a central laundry facility, multiple guard cabins, and a total of approximately 200 units, each averaging 40 square meters. It provides an exceptional dormitory for newly married students, featuring separate bathrooms, kitchens, and all the necessary amenities found in a residential complex.

We were honored to contribute with the best architecture and engineering in both the structure and the layout, providing valuable support to students.

Currently, the project is 80% complete and will soon be ready for operation.
