Construction of Dormitory for Married Students

In an unprecedented and entirely charitable effort, we had the privilege of carrying out the initial studies, designing the project, and supervising its construction.

This development, known as Campus of Life , is a unique residential complex composed of four interconnected buildings, forming a unified structure around a central courtyard. Each building consists of four floors and includes both standard and duplex residential units, providing a diverse range of accommodations tailored to the needs of its residents.

The project includes a central boiler room, a central laundry facility, multiple guard cabins, and a total of approximately 200 units, each averaging 40 square meters. It provides an exceptional dormitory for newly married students, featuring separate bathrooms, kitchens, and all the necessary amenities found in a residential complex.

We were honored to contribute with the best architecture and engineering in both the structure and the layout, providing valuable support to students.

Currently, the project is 80% complete and will soon be ready for operation.
